Shipping policy
We offer you the guarantee of working with GLS for our shipments within the Peninsula* (Spain). Once the payment has been received and confirmed, we will deliver the package to the transport company, which will carry out the delivery within 28 - 48 hours* on business days from Monday to Friday, either to your home or to the location you specify.
Delivery times may be modified during special promotions.
It is essential to provide a mobile phone number for the management of deliveries.
The transport company will send you an SMS/EMAIL notification before making the delivery. This message will include the details of the office managing your delivery, in case you are not at home and need to arrange a different time or date for delivery.
If the transport company arrives at your home and you are not there, they will leave a notice in your mailbox with the office details so you can contact them and arrange a new delivery. Alternatively, they may contact you to schedule another delivery day.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and international destinations, deliveries will be handled by GLS.

If Biedma is unable to meet this deadline due to stock shortages, our customer service team will contact you within 1 to 3 business days to inform you and proceed with the confirmation of the approximate service date, a change, or cancellation of the order.
If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded immediately in the same way the payment was originally processed, in case none of the alternatives offered or the provided service date is satisfactory to the customer.

Customs and Taxes
Residents in the European Union
The prices of the products available for sale on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT). If you are a company entitled to VAT exemption, you must provide your VAT number and the corresponding certificate.
Residents in Non-EU Countries
Purchases made by individuals or businesses residing in non-EU countries will not be exempt from VAT unless the appropriate certificate is provided.
Orders shipped to the Canary Islands and non-EU countries are subject to various customs fees and taxes. Payment of these fees and taxes is the customer's responsibility.
The purchasing system is subject to the current legislation in Spain; therefore, sales transactions will be considered conducted at the registered address of Biedma, located at Corredera San Fernando, 14-16, 23400, Úbeda, Jaén.
