Refund policy
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving the order and must be authorized by Jose Biedma Moya, S.L.
The returned items must be in perfect condition, including all seals and packaging. It is essential to properly package the products to avoid any damage and include all components and the original box/packaging. Please note that if the merchandise arrives in poor condition, the refund amount will be assessed accordingly, or the damaged product may be returned to the customer.
You must include the delivery note and mark the option for refund or store credit.
